1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 77bag ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 77bag platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account, access the platform, or use any service provided by 77bag. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 77bag platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times during your use of the service:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 77bag strictly does not permit access to persons under the age of 21. We may request proof of age at any time and will suspend accounts where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
• You must register using your own true and accurate personal details. The name on your account must match the name on the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals.
• You may hold only one account at 77bag. Duplicate, linked, or shared accounts are prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances or bonuses.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of 77bag is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the service.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, business, or entity when using the platform. 77bag accounts are for personal, non-commercial use only.

77bag reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks on any account at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested by 77bag support may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use real-money features on 77bag, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate and current information including your full name, date of birth, contact details, and a valid email address or mobile number. 77bag reserves the right to verify any information provided at registration and at any subsequent point during the lifetime of your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 77bag will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep your login details secure.

• You must notify 77bag support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your login credentials have been compromised.
• You must keep your registered email address and mobile number current and accurate. Important account notifications, including security alerts and withdrawal confirmations, are sent to these contact points.
• 77bag uses 256-bit SSL encryption across all account and payment interactions. However, the security of your device and network connection is your own responsibility.
• Accounts found to contain false registration information are subject to immediate termination and forfeiture of all balances, including any pending withdrawals, without notice.

77bag operates a single-account policy strictly. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual — whether through the same payment method, device fingerprint, IP address, or personal details — all accounts will be closed and only the balance from the first registered account may be considered for release after a review.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

77bag accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on the 77bag platform:

• The minimum deposit is ৳200. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit, though individual payment method limits set by your bank or mobile banking provider will apply.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your 77bag account. 77bag does not permit third-party withdrawals.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to standard processing times. bKash and Nagad withdrawals typically complete within 5 to 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. 77bag will make all reasonable efforts to process withdrawals within the advertised timeframes.
• 77bag reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. This includes but is not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and confirmation of the payment method used. Withdrawals will not be processed until satisfactory KYC documents have been received and reviewed.

77bag does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (e.g., your bank or mobile money operator) may apply their own transaction charges. These third-party charges are outside the control of 77bag and are the responsibility of the player.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

77bag offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual offer, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made available. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and any bonus-specific terms, the bonus-specific terms shall take precedence with respect to that bonus only.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific offer terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each offer is stated on the individual promotion page.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred to another account. Bonuses claimed through suspected bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of wagering requirements, or collusion — will be voided and the associated accounts closed.
• 77bag reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus offer is withdrawn while a player has already opted in, the existing wagering requirement and timeline applicable to that player at opt-in time will be honoured.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit bonuses are available to new players only. A new player is defined as an individual who has not previously held a 77bag account under any name or associated identity.
• Free spins issued as part of a promotion are valid for the specified game(s) and the specified validity period only. Unused free spins that expire before use are forfeited without compensation.

77bag does not guarantee the availability of any specific bonus or promotion at any given time. Promotional terms are subject to change and players should check the current terms on the relevant promotion page before opting in to any offer.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 77bag platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. 77bag will not be liable for losses arising from a player's failure to understand the applicable game rules.

77bag uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology across all applicable game types to ensure that outcomes are random, independent, and not subject to manipulation by either the platform or the player. The RNG certification applicable to 77bag games is maintained by independent technical auditors.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including but not limited to disconnection, server error, or game software failure — 77bag reserves the right to void affected bets and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance. 77bag will not honour game results produced under conditions of technical fault.
• Live casino games are hosted and operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules of these games are governed by the respective provider's published game rules. 77bag facilitates access to these games but is not the operator of the live dealer studios.
• Sports betting markets on 77bag — including cricket, football, and kabaddi — are subject to standard sports betting rules regarding match postponements, abandonments, walkovers, and result disputes. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77bag platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all associated balances and bonuses forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Attempting to use the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in a way that circumvents normal human gameplay, including the use of betting bots in live casino or sports betting markets.
• Colluding with other players, platform staff, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error in a game or the platform to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or exploited technical error will be voided.
• Providing false identity information, using another person's identity, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the platform or claim any promotion.

77bag employs fraud detection systems that continuously monitor account activity. Accounts flagged by these systems will be reviewed by the 77bag compliance team. Players whose accounts are under review may experience temporary restrictions on withdrawals pending the outcome of the review. 77bag will communicate the outcome of any compliance review to the account holder directly.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

77bag reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months; failure to complete required KYC verification within the requested timeframe; or at the request of regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

Where a player wishes to close their own account voluntarily, they may contact 77bag support at any time to make this request. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses) will be made available for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard KYC checks. Accounts closed for breach of Terms are not entitled to withdrawal of any remaining balance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77bag shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, even if 77bag has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

77bag makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, free from errors, or that any particular game outcome will be achieved. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. 77bag's maximum aggregate liability to any single player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player to their 77bag account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

77bag is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with the tools they need to manage their gaming activity. Players who feel that their gambling may be becoming problematic are encouraged to use the self-limitation tools available through the platform, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. 11. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Amendments to These Terms

77bag reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, 77bag will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The date on which the most recent revision was made is shown at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the 77bag platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms, whether or not you have read them. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and standards. In the event of a dispute between a player and 77bag, the player should first contact 77bag support to seek resolution through the platform's internal complaints process. 77bag aims to resolve all player disputes within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate the outcome of any formal complaint review in writing to the player's registered email address.
